Enough with the meals baked in the Le Creuset pot.
We want lighter, crisp, clean dishes.
However the weather is not co-operating at all.

50 miles an hour winds and 40 degree temps.
We wanted to BBQ our veg tonight.
Here is a great option for asparagas untill
Mother Nature gets into spring mode.
1 bundle pencil thin asparagus
2 Tablespoons olive oil
3 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Zest of 1/2 lemon
Salt & pepper
Wash and snap woody end off asparagus
Lay flat on baking sheet
Drizzel with olive oil
Sprinkle with parmesan and lemon zest
Add salt & pepper
Broil 2-4 mins, until just crisp and starting to brown
